***The Mineral County Commission will receive comment from the public on a draft for the Mineral County Land Use Master Plan (LUMP). The LUMP would facilitate alternatives for the reuse and or development of surface mined property. Hard copies of the Plan are available for review in the Mineral County Clerk’s Office, 150 Armstrong Street, Keyser, WV, at the public libraries of Mineral County and the link below. Written comments delivered to the County Clerk’s Office prior to the December 13, 2011, County Commission meeting will be accepted for considered.
